Received product with the jar open and half the cream on the side of the jar and in the box. Had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to get a refund. A complete run around experience.

I contacted to Olay to return some of Olay products that have a short time for expiration date. I had the deal for those products but all of those products have EXP very close. They seem to try to trap their customers. They do not allow me to return with no reason! I wasted a lot of time and money. I will not pay any penny for Olay products. Be aware with Olay's deals.

It's a thin formula that lathers nicely it cleansed while and hydrating my face. The hyaluronic + peptides included are a bonus being gentle and effective removing impurities and dead skin cells from my face without drying my skin. It felt moisturized being supple, soft very smooth to the touch. I think it's a good facial wash I liked the way my skin looked and felt after using Olay Regenerist hyaluronic Peptide Revitalizing face. I received Olay complimentary from Pinchme in exchange for my honest opinion.

4 transactions in one day for almost $1500 charged to our account on this site. After a week they are still fighting with our banks fraud department. Just shows that they are more worried about their bottom dollar than being legitimate.

I cannot order on the website it brings the shop all site up and doesn't let me see the products. What can I do?

My Mom treated it as liquid gold ,
since it was not available in the Indian market and she got hers from family in UK .
Came to USA as a teenager & where we have a plethora of skin care products at our disposal , I stuck with an old trusted friend,
My Oil Of Olay lotions, serums Retinols , vitamin C etc etc .

Moving along , Every time they go on sale @ my Avon Commons Costco , I stock up on Olay products .

I ordered under the BOGO promotion on the Olay site. When I received their product I was short 2 jars of product. On my order receipt it stated the correct amount of product I ordered. I called customer service and explained my concerns. They quite frankly blew me off. I called several times with no satisfaction and was hung up on twice. The customer service representatives are rude, talk over what I was saying and offer no resolution for customer concerns. I have received from Olay a shipping label to return my product, but after reading the reviews I question whether I should, being as it seems once they have your money they don't issue refunds. I would not have given Olay even 1 star, but to submit this review I had to chose at least one star.

I just saw a commercial for Oil of Olay products forcing African dissented women as models saying stop the bias? Oil of Olay was formulated in Asia geared towards beautiful white porcelain skin which is why it attracted so many beautiful asian and caucasian models to advertise the product. Anyone can buy Oil of Olay. Unfortunately the reality is that the most beautiful women in the world have white porcelain Ivory skin and that's what people want to see that's what prompts people to buy the product Oil of Olay has lowered their standards the model advertising their latest ad looks like a creature from the Blue Lagoon she has brownish black gums sticking close up in the camera but it's great to see she doesn't feel compelled to wear a Caucasian wig or hair extension but the Brillo dry course hair was not appealing whatsoever the whole image is frightening. Oil of Olay can be bought out and force unattractive people to advertise their product but beautiful people seek other beautiful people and will purchase the product that is best suited for their personalized skin type and needs.

I had proof of mailing, and proof of it being stuck in Maryland for weeks with no further movement. I had copies of emails with Olay (yes, they replied). I provided all of this to PayPal and my money was refunded. Honestly, I just wanted to try the product; now I won't even bother. I'll spend my $ elsewhere.I wanted to try the roughly $16 skin brightening cream. I ordered it and anticipated it to be received within 7 days. Never came. Tracking number states it is in Maryland since May 29th, meanwhile it was in Kearny, NJ for 3 days, 20 minutes from my house. I was lucky that customer service responded. Stated my package appears to have been lost in transit, but have refunded me $89. WHAT THE? I wrote back, this must be some sort of scam. Shame on them. Don't know how they stay in business.
